Exhibition: “David Bowie is…” at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London

You really have to be an extraordinary person who has achieved more in a short period of time, than other people in a lifetime can achieve, in order to be the Subject of an entire Exhibition at the well-known Victoria & Albert Museum in London. David Bowie is such an extraordinary person. Which is why the Singer is featured in the newest Exhibition named “David Bowie is…” at the Victoria & Albert.

“David Bowie is…” explores Bowies creative process as a musician and cultural icon over the past five decades. Yesterday the Museum had a Pre-Opening for selected Guests such as Pixie Geldof, Tilda Swinton, Vivienne Westwood and Suzy Menkes, in Cooperation with Gucci, to show the Exhibition before hand and in order to honor David Bowie for his outstanding work as an Artist. I got my hands on some pictures of the evening, which I won’t hold back from you:

The Exhibition “David Bowie is…” is open to public on March 23 2013 and lasts until August 11.

  1. I love David Bowie so much. His music is genius, as are his changing stage personas (now I can finally say it, I’ve been in love with the Thin White Duke forever haha!)
